【摘要】 本文报道胃扭转7例,其中急性3例,慢性4例。7例中6例查出导致扭转的疾病,1例原因不明。本组均有明显症状,且经X线钡餐检查确诊,X线钡餐检查是诊断本病的最重要方法。本组5例内科治疗有效,1例外科手术治疗,1例经纤维胃镜复位成功,随访5个月未复发。此法简单,效果可靠,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents 7 cases of gastric voivulus, including 3 acute cases and 4 chronic cases. The causative disease of volvulus was found in 6 cases and unknown in l case The diagnosis was established by barium meal x-ray examination which is the most important method for diagnosis. All of them had obvious symptoms. 5 cases were effectively treated by conservative measures: 1 was treated by surgical intervention One case was successfully reduced by gastrofiberscopy and followed up for 5 months without recurrence We believe that gastrofiberscopic reduction is a simple and effective non-surgical way of treatment and is worth recommendation.更多还原
