小鼠胶质母细胞瘤生长过程中血管密度的定量研究
The quantitative study of the capillary density during the course of the glioblastoma growth in mice
【摘要】 本文报告了自血管将墨汁注入90例小鼠胶质母细胞瘤株中,在不同的时间取标本,观察肿瘤生长过程中的血管分布,毛细血管的构筑及密度。根据毛细血管的密度,将肿瘤生长过程分为无血管期、肿瘤血管低密度期、高密度期及血管密度减低期。毛细血管密度的时间变化曲线与肿瘤生长曲线成正相关。即密度增高时,肿瘤的生长速度也大。肿瘤毛细血管密度的数据,可作为研究实验治疗疗效及治疗作用机理的指标。
【Abstract】 In this experiment the vessels of glioblastoma in 90 mice were infused with Chinese ink. The vascular distribution, architecture and density in the kinetic process of tumor growth were observed. According to the development of capillary density the tumor growth could be divided into 4 periods: 1. Avascular period, 2. Lower vascular density period, 3. High vascular den.sity period, and 4. Regressive vascular period. The curve of the capillary density during the course of the glioblastoma growth was in direct correlation to the growth curve of glioblastoma. The density of capillaries within the tumor was increased during the rapid growth of tumor and vice versaThe measurable numbers of capillary density may be relevant to the observation of growth periodicity and the study of the mechanism of treatment.
