【摘要】 本文介绍了ICP光源与计算机联用的新型光电光谱仪,该装置采用了光导纤维技术和脉冲技术,可同时使用BASIC和汇编两种语言,改善了分析精度和准确度,提高了工作效率,操作简单,利于推广。实测结果表明,本装置与国外同类型仪器比较,分析结果较为吻合,灵敏度达到要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces a new type of photoelectrical spectrometer which features ICP light source connecting with a computer. This equipment uses advanced light-guide fibre technique and pulse technique. BASIC and assemble languages could be jointly used resulting in high accuracy, high precision and high efficiency. It is easy to operate and favourable to extend. Experiment results show that, in comparison with similar foreign equipment, the analytic results of this equipment are in good agreement with that of the foreign equipment and fulfil sensitivity requirements.更多还原
