【摘要】 对我国有生产意义的玫瑰花重要品种妙峰山玫瑰花的头香成份做了初步分析。鉴定了其中53种化合物,有22种是过去在玫瑰精(净)油中很少见到,这对改进玫瑰型的香料香精的研究将有一定的作用。在收集低浓度的水溶液样品时,我们采用低温收集和吸附富集联用收到较好的效果,为普遍推广对稀有的、含低浓度头香的样品收集分析提供了一种较为方便的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The preliminary analysis has been made of the top note components of an important rose variety Miaofengsan rose, which is of production significance to the country, 22 of the identified 53 compounds in the top note have rarely been met in rose essential and/or absolute oil, That will be of advantageous to improving the investigation of perfume and essence of rose type.
