Eu3+在(La,Gd)2O2S二元体系中的发光
Luminescence of Eu3+ Ion in (La1-xGdx)2O2S
【摘要】 为了寻找新的荧光粉基质材料,本文研究了在紫外线、阴极射线和X射线激发下,三价铕激活的(La,Gd)2O2S二元固溶体体系的发射光谱、发光颜色和发光亮度等发光特性随基质组成变化的规律,并研究了三价铕离子浓度对固溶体(La0.9Gd0.1)2O2S发光性能的影响。
【Abstract】 In order to find out efficient luminescent materials, we have synthesized Eu3 + -activated binary systems of (La1-xGdx)2O2S and investigated their luminescent properties under the excitation of ultra-violet light, cathode rays, and x-rays.The matrix composition-dependence of their emission spectra, luminous brightness, chromaticity coordinates, decay time, as well as particle size distribution has been studied and discussed. The luminescent properties of (La0.9Gd0.1),O2S :Eu3+ as a function of europium concentration have also been investigated.
