【Abstract】 The infrared spectra of gaseous samples of diethylsilane, divinylsilane and ethyl-vinylsilane and their F-substituted derivatives were measured with a Sargent-Welch 3 -200 Infrared Spectrometer, over the wavenumber range 4000-600 cm-1. In this part the infrared spectra of divinylsilane, ethylvinylsilane and their F-substituted derivatives were explained. The assignment was carried out for the bands above 800 cm-1.更多还原
