痕量硒的示波极谱测定 Ⅱ.SeSO32--KIO3催化波法测定水中的硒(Ⅵ)和硒(Ⅳ)

【摘要】 本文采用SeSO32-—KIO3体系示波极谱催化波法测定了北京的井水和河水中的硒,其中的六价硒预先用热盐酸还原为四价硒。河水水样还需经硝酸消化处理。从几个水样的分析结果发现,自来水中的硒基本以六价硒的形式存在,河水中硒(Ⅵ)与硒(Ⅳ)之比约为2:1。分析的几种水样的总硒量在0.3—1.0ppb之间。作了总硒和四价硒的回收,平均回收率为91—105%。

【Abstract】 By applying the catalytic wave of SeSO32- -KIO3 system in single-sweep polarogra-phy(12), the trace amounts of Se(VI) and Se(IV) in tap water, well water and river water (Beijing) have been determined. For Se(VI), pretreatment with hot hydrochloric acid is necessary in order to reduce it into Se(IV). The river water should be digested with nitric acid to decompose organic surfactants before determination. From the results we obtained, it may be concluded that Se in tap water exists essentially in Se(VI) form, while in river water, the ratio of the amount of Se(VI) to Se(IV) is approximately 2:1. The total amount of Se in several water samples vary from 0.3ppb to 1.0ppb. The recovery of total Se and Se(IV) is 91-105%.
