多效蒸发过程模拟
A SimuIation of Multi-effect Evaporation Processes
【摘要】 本文建立了多效蒸发过程的模拟计算方法。包括多效蒸发系统设计和现有多效蒸发系统校核两种类型。
【Abstract】 A simulation method for multi-effect evaporation processes has been developed It includes two types, the design of multi-effect evaporation systems and calibration of existing evaporation systems.The mathematical model that describes the N-effect evaporation processes consists of 4N sets of equations. They are enthalpy balance equations, neat transfer rate equations, Phase equilibrium equations, and material balance equations To solve this set of non-linear algebraic equations requires iterative calculations. The Newton-Raphson method is used.In order to improve the calculating accuracy and to employ same convergency criteria for the variables, the scaling procedure is used.To meet the need of calculation, a regression equation for the latent of saturated steam has been proposed.Simulation programs in BASIC language have been written. To demonstrate the use of programs, a triple-effect evaporation system to concentrate the solution of sodium hydroxide or sugar solution is illustrated. It has been found that the chief merits of the presented method and programs are (1)only rough initial values are needed and ( 2 ) the convergency characteristicis very well.
