日本血吸虫童虫在终宿主体内的生长发育

【摘要】 本文对日本血吸虫童虫从终宿主的皮肤至肝门脉系移行过程的生长发育特点进行观察和分析,发现皮肤、肺、秆门三型童虫的体形、体长、体积、面积,发育率及生长速度均呈动态变化,而且这些变化与其生理功能是相适应的,因而为童虫体外培养、血吸虫病的免疫和药物预防研究提供材料来源和评价标准。

【Abstract】 This article describes the dynamic variations during the post-cercaria growth and development of Schistosoma japonicum in vivo. The following aspects are worthy to be mentioned.1. The variations of the body form: the profile of schistosomula recovered from the skin and lungs of experimentally infected mice are of a flask and slender form, while hps-schistosomula vary in shape with slender, flask, sausage and elongated forms.2. The variations of the length, volume and surface area of developing schistosomula : the length of lung-phase and five-day-old hps-schistosomula increased one time (65-130) but their volume remained unchanged (5.42×104 μm3), while the width decreased slightly (32-23 μm) and the surface area rose 25% (0.8303×104-1.0148×104 μm2), as compared with skin-phase schistosomula However, the length, volume and surface area of more than five-day-old hps-phase schistosomula increased significantly.3. The variations of developmental rate: under light microscope, the skin and lung schistosomula were in tie uniform developmental stage, whereas hps-schistosomula were in categories A, B, C, D, E, P. Initially, only category A schistosomula were present but the predominant form gradually shifted from categories B and C to cate-gories D and E. Nevertheless, category B and C forms were still present up to 15 days post-infection when observation ceased.4. The variations of growth speed: the migrating schistosomula did not grow at all until their migrating ended and thek growing-period began on day 5 after arrival at hepatic portal system.5. Finally, the relationship between the dynamic changes and physiological function of migrating sehistosomula is also discussed.
