【Abstract】 Twenty two autoptic fetal cases from HBsAg positive pregnant women with various gestational ages were studied for HBV congenital infection. Out of the 22 fetal serai samples,one was found to have low titer of HBsAg alone.None of anti-HBcIgM was detectable in all cases .Both HBsAg and HBcAg were found in another 32 week old fetal liver sections by PAP methods,but no HBsAg was detectable in its serum.HBV DNA was also found to be present in the liver frozen sections of this case by in situ hybridization technique.We believe that HBV infection during fetal period in HBsAg positive carrier women is uncommon.更多还原
