【Abstract】 This paper reports the etiology of outbreaks of acute infectious mink enteritis occurring in Shandong province and Qinghai province in December 1983, where minks were bred. The average incidence and mortality in 7 breeding farms were 66.48% and 15.98% respectively. Sixty-four specimens were collected from 4 farms.Isolation and identification of virus were made by using secondary feline kidney cells ( FKC ) culture technique .Six viruses were isolated and identified as mink paryo-virus by electromicroscopy, serological tests and physicochemical charac-teristics.This is the first mink enteritis virus isolated by cell culture method ia our country.更多还原
