【Abstract】 BY fusing SP2/0 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mouse immunized with L-4 strain of measles virus, we have obtained six strains of hybridomas( X,Y, Z, T, U and V ) .Three of them(X.Y and Z) secr-cete high titer of HI andHLI antibodies, and possess virus neutralizing actia vity.The other three(T, U, V) can only be recognized by PHA test.The McAb have been further identified by immunoprecipitation test. The result show-that Z antibody reacts with the hemagglutinin protein ( H, MW 79,000 ) of measles virus.It is very interesting that anti-H protein antibody has both HI and HLI activities.
