麻疹病毒单克隆抗体的研究
MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES AGAINST MEASLES VIRUS
【摘要】 获得6株麻疹病毒的单克隆抗体.用HI、HLI、PHA及NT等方法证明,其中X、Y、Z3株均同时有高效价的HI、HLI活性和中和病毒的能力。另3株T、U、V仅能凝集麻疹病毒致敏的血球。用免疫沉淀法进一步证明、Z株与H蛋白结合。
【Abstract】 BY fusing SP2/0 mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mouse immunized with L-4 strain of measles virus, we have obtained six strains of hybridomas( X,Y, Z, T, U and V ) .Three of them(X.Y and Z) secr-cete high titer of HI andHLI antibodies, and possess virus neutralizing actia vity.The other three(T, U, V) can only be recognized by PHA test.The McAb have been further identified by immunoprecipitation test. The result show-that Z antibody reacts with the hemagglutinin protein ( H, MW 79,000 ) of measles virus.It is very interesting that anti-H protein antibody has both HI and HLI activities. A prelimniary discussion has been made on this problem.
