【Abstract】 117 cases of lower-extremity-deformity poliomyelitis were reported. Among them 62 cases have been followed up, excellent rate was 90.2%. Having discussed the selection of operative method, age of arthrodesis, and adjusted balance of muscle power and so on, the author believed it is the key-point to select proper operative method acording to the age, state and grade of the deformity, to adjust balance of muscle power and joint fixition and function excercise after treatment, improving treatment effection.更多还原
