【摘要】 本文对200例成人骨性眼眶作了观测,发现有眶外侧沟者70例(35±3.37%).有15个颅的两侧眶同时呈现眶外侧沟(27.27±6.03%).脑膜眶孔的出现率为59±3.48%,此孔位于眶上裂外侧端的外侧,两者之间的距离为0.2～1.8cm.孔的局部位置可位于蝶骨大翼眶面,额骨眶面或蝶骨大翼与额骨眶面的交界处.脑膜中动脉眶支沟的出现率为89±3.12%.此沟有的仅延伸至眶上裂或脑膜眶孔,有的既至眶上裂又至脑膜眶孔.眶外侧沟提示脑膜中动脉与眶下动脉之间吻合的所在.更多还原

【Abstract】 A groove in the lateral wall of the human orbit was found in 70/200 orbits ( 35 ±3.37% ). In 15 skulls the groove is present bilaterally (27.27± 6.03).The foramen meningo-orbitale ( FMO ) , which was found in 118/200 orbits ( 59±3. 48% ), is just situated laterally to the lateral extremity of the superior orbital fissure ( SOF ) . The distance between FMO and SOF varies from 0.2 to 1.8cm. The position of the FMO is as follows: ( 1 ) the orbital surface of the great wing of the sphenoid bone; (2) the orbital surface of the frontal bone, and ( 3 ) the junction of the two bones.The groove of the orbital branch of the middle meningeal artery is present in 89/100(89±3.13%). It passes solely to the SOF or to the FMO. In the others the groove connects with the orbit both via the FMO and via the SOF.The groove in the lateral wall of the orbit probably lodges an anastomosis between middle meningeal and infraorbital blood vessles.更多还原
