綠僵菌、黄僵菌对松毛虫的室内杀虫及固体生产试验初报
PRELIMINARY STUDY ON LABORATORY INFECTION AND SOLID PRODUCTION OF METARHIZIUM ANISOPLIAE AND PAECILOMYCES FARINOSUS
【摘要】 自国外引入金龟子绿僵菌Metarhizium anisopliae1株(RS455)和黄僵菌(即粉质拟青霉)Paecilomyces farinosus 2株(RS3、RS20),经室内杀虫试验证明,皆侵染马尾松毛虫,其中RS3致病力较强,RS455次之。在相对湿度33—97%的范围内,RS455发芽率远高于2株黄僵菌,而RS3发芽率随相对湿度下降速度较RS20稍慢,抗旱力稍强。采用常规的固体生产技术成功地生产出这两种真菌。棉籽粉具显著的促产孢作用,稻壳具显著的改善通气作用。在浅盘生产中,RS455高压灭菌产孢量同石灰水抑菌相近,而RS3高压灭菌产孢量显著高于石灰水抑菌。
【Abstract】 One strain(RS455)of Metarhizium anisopliae and 2 strains(RS3 and RS20)of Paecilomyces farinosus were introduced from the U.S.and infected in laboratory the Masson’s pine caterpillar. RS3 caused the greatest mortality with RS 45(?) next to it. Within 33-9/% RH range, germination ratioes of RS455 were far higher (?)an those of the 2 Paecilomyces strains,while the germination ratiocs of RS3 descended less rapidly as RH was reduced than those of RS20, and showed greater resistence to drought. RS3 and RS455 were produced successfully with routine solid techniques.Cotton seed meal accelerated sporulasion significantly while rice hulls improved ventilation obviously. In shallow tray production, sporulation of RS455 by autoclaving media was approximate to that by treating media with lime water, while sporulation of RS3 by autoclaving media significantly higher than that by treating with lime water.
