板栗保鲜貯藏研究
STUDIES ON THE TECHNIQUES OF SUCCESSFUL FRESH STORAGE IN CHESTNUT
【摘要】 鲜栗贮藏中造成大量损耗的主要原因是霉烂、虫害和失水。通过在生长期间和结合脱蒲(壳)时喷洒800~1000倍液乐果乳剂,虫果率比对照降低67.26%,而且提高产量,增强树势。贮前以500倍液甲基托布津处理,采用变换包装袋贮藏法,在常温条件下贮藏90~100天,同对照相比,商品果提高15~20%,失水率下降13%左右。
【Abstract】 Serious losses of fresh chestnuts during storage are caused by rot, pests and dehydration,By spray with dimethoate at 1 : 800-1,000 in growing season and during taking off chestnut shells, insect infestation ratio was reduced by 67.26% as compared with control, and in addition, nut yield was increased.Chestnuts treated with Topsin-19 at 1 : 500 before storage and stored in packing bags changed during storage could be stored for 90- 100 days at ambient temperature.As compared with control, marketable nuts were increased by 15—20% and dehydration was reduced by about 13%
