鼻咽癌患者对化学致癌剂的敏感性——Ⅰ、几种化学致癌剂对淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换率的影响

【摘要】 在13例鼻咽癌(NPC)患者和13例正常对照中检查了几种致癌剂对培养的淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)的影响。自发的及MMC、DMN和AFB1诱发的SCE,NPC患者与对照无差异。BP和DBA在体外并不明显增加正常人淋巴细胞SCE率,但却使NPC患者SCE率显著增加,两者之间的差异有显著性(P<0.005和P<0.01)。 除MMC外,BP、DBA、DMN和AFB1对细胞周期均有轻度的延迟作用,但患者与对照之间没有程度的不同。 研究结果提示,以SCE作为指标,NPC患者可能对多环烃类致癌剂比较敏感。

【Abstract】 The effect of several carcinogens on sister chromatid exchange (SCE) frequency of cultured lymphocytes was studied in 13 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) patients and in equal number of normal controls. There were no differences between patients and controls in both spontaneous SCE frequencies and SCE induced by mitomycin C(MMC), dimethylnitrosamine (DMN) as well as aflatoxin B1 (AFB1). Benzopyrene (BP) and dibenzan-thracene (DBA) markedly increased the SCE frequency of lymphocytes of NPC patients in vitro, but not of normal subjects. The differences of BP-and DBA-induced SCE frequenencies between patients and controls were statistically significant (P<C0.005 and P<0.01).The cell cycle was slightly delayed by BP, DBA, DMN and AFBl, but not by MMC. However, there were no differences of such effects between patients and controls.Using SCE frequency as a indicator, the present results suggest NPC patients may be more susceptible to polycyclic hydrocarbon carcinogens.
