混合稀土金属对高锰铝青铜耐蚀性能的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了在高锰铝青铜ZQAl12-8-3-2中添加微量混合稀土金属对其金相组织、机械性能、耐蚀性能、铸造性能及切削加工性能的影响。试验结果表明。添加微量混合稀土金属时,高锰铝青铜合金的流动性有改善,晶粒组织明显细化,而耐蚀性能显著提高。当稀土加入量为0.05%时,合金的腐蚀疲劳强度可以提高20%左右,耐空泡腐蚀性俄提高44%。切削加工性。常温机械性能变化不大。

【Abstract】 The effect of rare earth metal on metallographical structure,mechanical properties,corrosion resistance, and castabilities, as well as machinability of high manganese alu-minum bronze ZQAL 12-8-3-2 has been investigated in this paperIt has been proved by experimental results that the grain size is fined obviously,thefoundry fluidity and the corrosion resistance are improved. When the addition of rareeartb matal is 0.05%,the corrosion fatigue strength of alloy is increased about 20% andthe cavitation erosion resistance of alloy is increased about 44%, while the machinabi-lity and the mechanical properties are not changed.
