【Abstract】 The Properties of polyol-urethane system no-bake sand are studied,including theeffect of different polyol,processing parameters and additives on the curing characteris-tics,and the effect of different ratio between polyol and isocyanate on its properties.Experiments show that the resin sand possesses wide range of adjustable bench life aswell as low temperature (below O℃) curing characteristics.Trial production of ironcastings with this sand yields good casting quality and collapsibility of cores.更多还原
