【摘要】 本文报道了175例消化性溃疡合并出血用大黄原生药、大黄止血有效部位及单体止血,分六组进行了随机与双盲对照研究。其结果表明原生药的显效率高(68.8%),止血时间短(1.1～1.5天),但有恶心、呕吐等副作用。大黄止血有效部位与单体的疗效与西药相似,唯大黄醇提片既保留了原生药的优点又消除了它的不良反应,有推广应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports 175 cases of peptic ulcer with acute bleeding treated with crude rhubarb,hemostatic fractions or constituents of rhubarb and their preparations.The patients were divided by randomization double blind allocation into six groups for treatment:(1)rhubarb powder(3g,tid)and ordinary western drugs(noradrenaline in normal saline orally,adrenosem intramuscularly,PAMBA and dicynone intravenously);(2)rhubarb tablets(3g,tid)and recipe-complex of TCM;(3)alcoholic extract of rhubarb and ordinary western drugs;(4)rhubarb syrup and ordinary western drugs;(5)rhubarb solution and ordinary western drugs;(6)the hemostatic active constituents of rhubarb(catechin and gallic acid)and cimetidine. The results of treatment showed that using rhubarb powder(or tablets)exclusively took the shortest time(1.5 days P<0.01)to stop bleeding.It also had the merits of being cheap,convenient and achieving quick recovery,but it had such side effects as nausea,vomiting and abdominal pain.The hemostatic active fractions(in rhubarb syrup and solution)and hemostatic active constituents of rhubarb gave similar therapeutic effects as those of ordinary western drugs.Only alcoholic extract of rhubarb had the advantages of rhubarb powder(or tablets)and was freed of the side effects.The hemostatic effect of rhubarb used exclusively and relationship between the active constituents of rhubarb and side cffccts were discussed.更多还原
