【Abstract】 One hundred and eleven cases of gastric cancer treated by curative surgery were report-ed. The five--, ten-- and fifteen --year survival rates were 34%, 26% and 19% respective-ly. As a whole the early cases had a favorable prognosis and the five-, ten- and fifteen-year survival rates were 86%, 71% and 57% respectively. However, in the early cases thesecond -stop lymph nodes may occasionally be involved and good result were expected ifthe second--stop lymph nodes had been excised. Hence, it should be necessary for radicalexcision of gastric cancer to include both the first-- and second--stop lymph nodes.更多还原
