【摘要】 本文报道了供生物医学工程用的集成化生理压力传感器和测试仪电路。该集成生理压力传感器由压敏电阻全桥,放大器、灵敏度温度系数（TCS）补偿电路以及温度传感器构成。全部元件集成在而积为2.4mm×2.4mm 的硅片上。由硅芯片封装成的生理压力传感器具有生理相容性,其灵敏度为约1000μV/mmHg,TCS<10^-4/℃,带测试仪时频响大于200Hz,量程为-50～+300mmHg,适用于人体压力测量。测试仪是生理压力传感器的配套仪器,压力信号经它处理后,可用一般的生理仪显示和记录。本文还介绍了临床应用中实测到的一些典型的压力波形。更多还原

【Abstract】 An integrated circuit physiologic pressure transducer for biomedical applica- tions and the circuit of the test unit are described.The transducer consists of a full bridge of piezoresistors,an ampifier,TCS compensation elements and a temperature sensor.All these ele- ments are integrated in a 2.4mm by 2.4mm silicon chip.After encapsulation,the transducer is biocompatible and suitable for clinical applications.The transducer has a high sensitivity of about 1000μv/mmHg in the range of-50 to+300mmHg,with a TCS as low as 10^-4/℃ and fre- quency response of 200 Hz.The test unit is a coordinated set for the physiologic pressure trans- ducer.The pressure signal can be easily recorded and displayed by a conventional physiologic ins- trument after being proccessed by the test unit.Also presented are some typical pressure wave- forms recorded from clinical measurements.更多还原
