【摘要】从新鲜的猪胸腺中分离的小分子肽类提取物,与小牛胸腺制剂相似,在体外具有增高E 玫瑰花结的活性。经 Sephadex G-15和 DEAE-Sephadex A-25纯化,其比生物活性可增高一百多倍。猪胸腺肽 OD₂₁₅/OD₂₆₀比值的测定及其加酸水解后生物活性丢失等结果,均证明小分子多肽组份是猪胸腺肽制剂中的活性成份。更多还原

【Abstract】 Crude peptide extract of low molecular weight isolated and purified from fresh porcine thymus showed an E-rosette augmenation activity similar to that prepared from calf thymus. OD215nm/OD260nm ratio and two dimentional chro-matogram of the purified extract and its hydrolyzate demonstrated the biologically active component being polypeptidea.更多还原
