铝离子对PNH患者红细胞溶血的影响

【摘要】 <正> 近年来,天机离子尤其是二价正离子对生物膜的作用逐渐受到重视,但三价离子对膜的作用,尚未见报道。本文观察了铝离子对阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症(PNH)患者红细胞有无降低补体溶血的作用。 材料与方法 (一)红细胞的处理 献血员或PNH患者全血1毫升,洗3次,取其0.9毫升加10%柠檬酸铝0.1毫升
【Abstract】 The complement-medicated hemolysis of PNH erythrocytes after being treated with aluminum citrate,was tested by cobro factor hemolysis test. The percentage of hemolysis of erythrocytes in 10 PNH patients was reduced from 33.04 ±7.9 to 23.38 ±6.5% (P<0.05). Ghost of aluminum-treated normal erythrocytes showed the same pattern in SDS-PAGE as untreated cells. Aluminum content of ghost of aluminum-treated normal erythrocytes was 0.47μg/mg protein in average, as estimated by atomic absorption spectrophotometry, while no aluminum was found in the untreated cells. These suggested that aluminum might influence complement-mediated hemolysis in vitro by interfering complement reaction and increasing resistance of erythrocyte membrane to hemolysis.
