复合树脂的填料尺寸分布与磨损率的相关性

【摘要】 本文报道体外研究13种实验复合树脂填料尺寸分布和磨损率之间的关系。用SA—CP2—20型粒子尺寸分析仪测定了填料的尺寸分布,并用SEM进行验证。13种填料分别用KH—570(γ—甲基丙烯酸丙脂基三甲氧基硅烷)处理,并与合成的环氧丙烯酸脂配制成13种复合树脂试样。用北京医学院徐恒昌等人研制的磨耗试验机测出试样磨损率。最后用SEM观察复合树脂磨损后的表面微观结构。

【Abstract】 <ABSTRACT>Clinical evaluation of dental composites has shown that these ma-terials exhibit sufficient wear to make them unsuitable for restorationof posterior teeth.The purpose of this study was to investigatethe relati-onship between filler’s size distribution and wear rate of thirteen experimental composites in vitro.Thirteen kinds of quartz fillers possing different size distributionswere prepared by means of separation with the standard sieve or water inthis study.Their size distributions were measured with the Particle SizeAnalyzer (SA-CP2-20 Type ) and were verified with SEM. These quartzfillers were treated with KH-570 (r-methacryloxy propyl trimethoxy sil-ane ), respectiyely. The wear rates of the composites were measured witha wear testing machine deyeloped by Xu Heng-chang et al (Beijing Medi-cal College) .Fillally, the surface microstructures of the composites wornby the wear testing machine was obseryed under SEM.Results suggest that if the filler size is smaller than 150μm, the wearrates of the composites are increase with the decrease of the filler size(especially when the filler’s size is smaller than 20μm)but if the filler’ssize is larger than 150μm, the wear rates of them increase with the incr-ease of the filler size.Besides, SEM observation showed that the surface microstructure ofexperimental composites worn by the wear testing machine is similar tothat of composites worn clinically.
