【Abstract】 The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the dreams of Chinese college students are similar to those of Americans as shown in dream literature. According to the literature, the dreams of Americans fall into one of eight categories. Results of the present study show:1. Dreams of Chinese students fall into ten categories.2. Four of the categories are the same as those of Americans.3. In the dreams of female students there are more females than males; in the dreams of male students these are more males than females.4. While dreams of sexual activities are common to both male and female students, female students experience more sex-velated dreams than do male stnedts.5. 30.5% of the students dream in color.更多还原
