离子光学系统参数的优选法及其在全质量双聚焦系统设计中的应用

【摘要】 本文提出了设计离子光学系统时对系统参数优选的“目标”函数及其计算机程序,按此程序选择的系统参数,能使二次象差系数平方和最小。

【Abstract】 A "Objective" function and computer program for searching optimum parameters havebeen presented. The sum of square of secone-order aberration coefficients can bereduced to thc least when the parameters are selected by this program.
