猪鸡饲料中有效磷的评定及营养性缺磷症的研究

【摘要】 <正> 当前我国猪鸡饲养中青粗饲料用量逐渐降低,精饲料用量不断增加,其中大量是糠麸类和油饼类,动物性饲料极少。谷实、糠麸类、油饼类饲料中所含的磷,大部分为猪鸡等单胃动物很难利用的植酸磷。由植酸磷造成的钙磷代谢紊乱,极易造成动物骨骼的营养缺乏症,如肢体瘫痪。目前我国猪鸡饲养业中,常见10—30%的动物发生这种病

【Abstract】 AS nutritional phosphorus deficieacy has been prevalent in animal production of China, phytate contents in 609 samples of commonly used pourtry and swine feeds were analyzed. Phytic phosphorus contents of the total phosphorus in by-products of chaff and bran amounted to 80%,of oilseed meals 40—65%, of grains 50—70%, of beans 30—40%, and trace in hay.Using rats, young chicks and weanling pigs as test animals, the availabilities of phytic phosphorus in these studies were 44.3%, 7.1% and 37.1% respectively, Their availability of total phosphorus in the diets for rats, chicks and pigs was significantly correlated with their phytate content, namely,-0.99,-0.98, and-0.96 respectively, and the corresponding regression equations were Ye=81.3-37.5 X, Ye=62.1-55.0 X, and Ye=81.7-44.6 X respectively.Phytic phosphorus was shown also to affect the utilization of calcium, zinc, copper and iron in these experiments.
