水稻品种对白叶枯病成株抗性研究

【摘要】 <正> 早期的研究表明,一些水稻品种的植株在其个体发育的不同时期对白叶枯病病菌(Xxnthomonas campestris PV.Oryzae)的侵染表现出不同的病害反应。国际水稻研究所Mew,T.W.等根据抗性在不同发育时期的表现,将抗病品种分为全生育期抗病型和成株期抗病型。前者在整个生民期内均表现出抗性,后者则在苗期感病,抽穗开花期
【Abstract】 Eleven adult plant resistant varieties of rice to three isolates of bacterial blight[Xanthomonas campestris PV.oryzae (Ishiyama) Dye 1978] was studied in different growing stages, i. e. 42 days (6—7 leaf ages) after sowing, 55 days (9—10 leaf ages), 68 days (11—12 leaf ages), 86 days (13—14 leaf ages), 103 days (15—16 leaf ages), and 134 days (18 leaf ages). The overall resistant variety IR1545-339, susceptible varieties Guan Lu lai 4 were used as controls in this study. Results indicate that the characterization of adult plant resistance to bacterial blight is as follows:The adult plant resistant varieties show a change from the susceptible to the resistant in the growing period. Different adult plant resistant varieties vary in their resistance in the changing stage. The changing stage for resistance of the adult plant resistant varieties used in this study is from 55 days after seeding (9 leaf ages) to 68 days (11 leafages).There are special interaction models between different adult plant resistant varieties and different virulent isolates. The expression of certain varieties to some isolates is adult plant resistance, while to others it may be overall resistance.The expression of resistance of the adult plant resistant varieties may be affected by genetical background of the variety and some kinds of environmental factors.The evaluation and utilization of the adult plant resistance are discussed.
