山茶属27种植物油脂理化性质及脂肪酸组成的研究

【摘要】 对隶属于山茶亚属、茶亚属、后生山茶亚属的27种山茶属植物进行检测,结果表明:山茶亚属的种仁含油率较高,脂肪酸中的油酸、亚油酸含量亦较高(大多在85%以上),个别种还含有人体所必须的亚麻酸;后生山茶亚属种仁含油率相对较低,脂肪酸中的油酸、亚油酸含量亦较低,在不饱和脂肪酸中,还含有5.16—9.04%的芥酸。在山茶属植物中发现亚麻酸和芥酸,在国内乃属首次。

【Abstract】 The samples of Genus Camellia consist of sixteen species of Subgenus Camellia, one species of Subgenus Thea, and ten species of Subgenus Metacamellia. The oil content of kernel of Subgenus Camellia is higher, so is the content of oleic acid and linoleic acid in the composition of fatty acid, and there are one or two species containing linolenic acid essential to human body. On the contrary, the oil content of kernel Subgenus Metacamellia is lower, so is the content of oleic acid and linoleic acid in the composition of fatty acid, and there is some content of 5.16-9.04 percent of sinapic acid in unsaturated fatty acid.It has been discovered that seed oil of Camellia contains linolenic acid and sinapic acid. In the 25 tested species, Camellia pitardii and four other species have been found containing linolenic acid, and six species, including Camellia cuspidata, containing sinapic acid.
