间隙相TiC,WC的红外光谱及其键合类型和非金属金属化问题的研究

【摘要】 本文对间隙相TiC,WC作了红外光谱研究,得到了TiC,WC的红外光谱图,并进行了理论上的分析。根据近代化学键理论对TiC,WC的键合类型进行了理论探讨,提出其键合类型为金属-金属-非金属共同参与的金属键。联系其他实例进一步探讨了非金属的金属化可能性的基本理论问题。

【Abstract】 This paper has researched the infrared spectra of the interstitial TiC and WC to get the infrared spectra diagrams of TiC and WC, and has made an analysis theoretically. According to the modern chemical bonding theory, the theory of the bonding type of TiC and WC has been discussed. It was put forward that their bonding type is metal- bond consisting of metal-metal-nonmetal. Then compared with other examples, the basic theory of the possibility of the metallization of non-metals has been further discussed.
