【Abstract】 A simple, selective and accurate spect-rophotometric method for individual determination of Kanamycin A and B in culture broth is described. These components can be separated by thin layer chromatographyon silica gel H plates. Ninhydria-cadmium acetate reagent system is used for monitoring the color-producing reaction.
