国产氨噻肟头孢菌素对常见致病菌的体外抗菌作用研究

【摘要】 <正> 氨噻肟头孢菌素(Cefotaxime,HR756)是一种新的第三代头孢菌素,它对许多革兰氏阳性及阴性细菌,特别是肠杆菌科细菌,包括对多种抗生素耐药的菌株均呈现极高的抗菌活性,对β-内酰胺酶(包括青霉素酶及头孢菌素酶)具有高度稳定性,仅能被普通变形杆菌、绿脓杆菌、脆弱类杆菌中少数细菌产生的肟型头孢菌素酶(CXase)水解。 国产氨噻肟头孢菌素已由四川抗菌素工业研究所试制成功,并与东北制药总厂、四川长征制药厂联合研制成供临床使用的样品。本文报告重庆医学院用国产 HR756对重庆地区临床分离到的常见致病菌的体外抗菌作用研究结果,并与德意志联邦共和国样品进行比较。

【Abstract】 The in vitro antibacterial activities of home-made cefotaxime were tested against 412 strains isolated in our hospital between 1980-1983, by double dilution method, and compared with the activities of F. R. G. madecefotaxime.The results indicated that cefotaxime has a broad spectrum of antibacterial activitiesagainst common bacterial pathogens, and agreed fairly well with the antibacterial activities of F.R.G. product.Cefotaximeinhi-bited 90% of 279 strains Enterbactericeaeat concentration of 0.5μg/ml which was lower than theMICs of other antibiotics tested simultaneously. MIC50 and MIC90 of P. aeruginosa were 16 and 64 μg/ml respectively.
