镰刀菌4-11产生环孢菌素——Ⅰ.镰刀菌4-11的鉴定及生物学特性

【摘要】 <正> 在寻找生理活性物质的过程中,我们从山西太原采集的土壤中分离到一株镰刀菌,菌号4-11。该菌株次级代谢产物可分离到两个单组份,即4-11组份Ⅰ和4-11组份Ⅱ,经物理、化学性质及其生物活性测试,初步认为它们分别与国外报道的环孢菌素A和C同质。 环孢菌素是环状的十一肽,主要含A和C两个组份。环孢菌素A是一种极为有效的免疫抑制剂。国外临床上已用于心、肾、肝和胰等的移植手术,并收到相当理想的效果。环孢菌素抗菌谱甚窄,主要抗某些丝状真菌和酵母菌中的某些种,而对细菌无作用。在日本,农业上用环孢菌素防治苹果腐烂病、苹果银叶病、水稻芝麻叶枯病等效果
【Abstract】 A strain of Fusarium species was isolated from the soil collected at Taiyaun and was designated as Fusarium 4-11. From its cultural filtrate, two components named 4-11 I and 4-11 II were extracted and purified. They were found to be identical with Cyclosporin A and C respectively as reported in the literature. This paper reports theidentification of the Fusarium 4-11 and its biological characteristics.According to its morphology,this strain was identified as Fusarium solani sp. No. 4-11.It was found that the component I has antibacterial activity and its antifuagal activity spectrum is very narrow.
