氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯-乙烯醇共聚物与PAPI及101胶B组分的固化
Cure of Copolymer Vinyichloride-Vinylacetate-Vinylalcohol with PAPI and 101 Adhesive B Component
【摘要】 用红外光谱法测出了氯乙烯—醋酸乙烯酯—乙烯醇共聚物[P(VC·VAcVA)]和PAPI(多芳基多亚甲撑异氰酸酯)及101胶B组分(2,4甲苯二异氰酸酯—三羟甲基丙烷加成物)在不同温度固化时的反应速度常数及其反应表现活化能。用扭辩分析法测出了样品固化前后的动态力学谱。
【Abstract】 The reaction rate constants and their apparent activation energies of copolymer vinylchloride-vinylacetate-vinylalcohol with PAPI (polyaryl polymethylene isocyanate) and 101 adhesive B component (2,4-tolylene diisocyanate-trimethylolpropane adduct) in curing reaction at different temperatures were determined by infrared spectrograph. The dynamic mechanical spectra of the uncured and cured samples were measured by torsional braid analysis.
