【摘要】 经采样鉴定,浙江省水稻(Oryza sativa L)根部上的寄生线虫有水稻齿痕根线虫(Hirschmanniella cau-dacrena)、水稻尖尾根线虫(H.oryzae)、水稻突尾根线虫(H.mucronata)、水稻门格劳林根线虫(H.mangaloriensis)、矮化螺旋线虫(Helicotylenchus dihystera)、南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)、水稻剑线虫(Xiphinema sp.);寄生水稻穗部谷粒的有水稻干尖线虫(Aphelenchoides besseyi)。除水稻干尖线虫外,其他种均为浙江省首次报导。并采用de Man公式对上述线虫虫体的大小作了测量,对各种的形态和结构特点及生物学特性作了记录。更多还原

【Abstract】 About one thousand samples of rice plant roots, grains and soil containing, nematodes were collected in the rice growing regions of Zhcjiang Province. Identification of nematodes isolated from these samples indicated that they consisted of eight species in five different genera. They were Hirschmanniella cadacrena, H. oryzae, H. mucronata, H. mangaloriensis, Helicoty lenchus dihystera, Meloidogyne incognita, Aphelenchoides besseyi and a Xiphinema sp. All these, with exception of A. besseyi, were reported for the first time in Zhejiang Province. Measurements of the isolates were made by the De Man’s method, and their structures and biological characters were presented.更多还原
