草莓组织培养试验
A STUDY ON TISSUE CULTURE OF STRAWBERRY
【摘要】 草莓的茎尖组织培养快速繁殖,对加快草莓优良品种在短时期内的推广普及,加速我国草莓生产的发展具有重要意义。 草莓茎尖的诱发培养根据正交试验结果,以MS培养基添加BA0.5毫克/升、NAA0.05毫克/升、蔗糖30克/升为好。培养基中又以无机盐浓度对诱芽影响最大,其次是蔗糖浓度,再次是NAA浓度。 草莓芽条生根培养试验表明,以MS培养基不添加任何激素的生根效果为好,根多而长,添加NAA0.01毫克/升的根少而短,添加NAA0.1毫克/升的则无根形成。
【Abstract】 Owing to its rapid propagation, the tissue culture of strawberry shoot apexes is of great significance in promoting the popularization of better strawberry cultivars within a short time and accelerating the development of China’s strawberry production.Results of orthogonal tests with inducing culture of strawberry shoot apexes showed that a Murashige and Skoog ( MS ) medium with the addition of BA ( 0.5mg/1 ) , NAA ( 0.05mg/1 ) and cane sugar (30g/1 ) suited best the purpose. Moreover, the inducing process was most affected by the concentration of mineral salts in the medium, less by cane sugar and least by NAA.Root-producing experiments with strawberry bud stick showed that best results were achieved without any addition of hormone in the MS medium, in that case, the new roots were long and abundant; if NAA was added ( 0.01mg/1 ) , the roots were short and rare. No roots at all were produced when the concentration of NAA was raised to 0.1mg/1.
