【摘要】 选用不同日龄的金华母猪102头,进行生殖器官及性机能发育的系统研究结果表明:母猪性成熟也较早。生殖器官发育的增长高峰一般出现在60—120日龄阶段,比体重增长快,较为早熟。在卵巢组织学观察中,70日龄时1/4个体见有成熟卵泡和黄体;110～120日龄时各个体均有成熟卵泡和黄体。初次出现阴户红肿为74.79±1.05日龄,体重12.22±0.36公斤,此时卵泡迅速发育,有的个体已能排卵和受孕产仔,达到初情期。103.78±1.21日龄,体重17.74±0.39公斤时,出现典型发情,已有正常排卵和受孕产仔能力,达到性成熟期。4月龄排卵数为10.75个;8月龄为21.2个,已接近成年母猪的排卵数24.44个。小母猪血液中雌二醇含量较高,90日龄时达110.83pg/ml。证明其体内神经与激素分泌系统的发育和调节生殖活动的机能建立较早,从而能释放正常水平的各种生殖激素,为性早熟奠定了生理基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 A systematic study on the genital organs and functional development with 102 Jinhua pigs of different ages in days shows. The period of sexual maturity of female pigs is also early. The peak of development of the genital organs generally appears when the pigs are 60-120 days old. The genital organs develop comparatively more quickly than the body weight and the maturity is early. From the histological observation of ovaries, there are mature follicles and luteal tissue in 1/4 of the individuals on the 70th days There are mature follicles and luteal tissue in all the individuals on the 110th-120th day. The labia vulva first manifest red and swollen in young female pigs when they are 74.79±1.05 days old, with the body weight at 12.22 ±0.36kg. At the same time the follicles develop quickly. Some individuals have the ability of ovulation, pregnancy and parturition and have reached the age of puberty. The normal estrus appears when the female pigs are 103.78±1.21 days old, with the body weight at 17.76 + 0.39kg. Then the young female pigs have the capacity of normal ovulation,, pregnancy and parturition and have reached the sexual maturity. At 4 months of age, the number of ovulatcd ova is 10.75, and at 8 months old increases to 21.2 closing to that of adult female pigs 24.44. The estradiol content in blood of the young female pigs increases quickly, and reaches 110.83pg/ml when they are 90 days old. Thus the early development of the nervous and endocrine systems and the early establishment of functional genital activities will bring about the release of various normal rcpraductive hormones so that it lays a physiological foundation for the early sexual maturity.更多还原
