【摘要】 本文主要阐述杭州奶牛乳房炎诊断液(HMT)的研制方法。该诊断液是采用一种阴离子表面活性剂—烷基硫酸钠为主要原料配制而成。HMT与CMT(加州乳房炎试剂)的作用机理相同,但所用表面活性剂不同.HMT与奶汁细胞中的DNA相作用而产生沉淀或凝胶,可间接判定其细胞的增数范围而达到诊断目的。通过HMT与CMT对1170个乳区奶样的对比试验,其结果基本一致,因而HMT作为一种奶牛乳房炎的诊断液,可推广使用.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes a preparation of HMT ( Hangzhou Mastitis Test ) for the diagnosis of bovine mastitis. This reagent consists of a surfactant and other chemicals. The machanism of HMT and CMT ( California Mastitis Test ) is based on that of the anionic surfactant reacting with the DNA. of the leucocytes in milk. When the milk contains more leucocytes, precipitates or gel are observed. Through 1,170 milk samples of parallel test with CMT and HMT respectively, the diagnostic effect of HMT is very similar to CMT, Therefore HMT is useful for detecting mastitis milk in dairy cows.更多还原
