冷原子吸收法测定生物体中汞的残留量

【摘要】 本文叙述了用来连续测定生物样品中无机汞和甲基汞残留量的冷原子吸收分光光度法。 本法简单、快速、灵敏。对甲基汞和无机汞的检出限量均为0.005微克。样品测定的相对标准偏差在10%以内。 本研究测定了25个浅海生物样品中的无机汞和甲基汞的残留量,以两项残留量相加作为总汞量,并对其中10个样品用全燃烧——冷原子吸收分光光度法测定总汞量进行比较,两者测定结果基本相符。

【Abstract】 A method for the concurrent determination of inorganic and methyl mercury in biological samples by selective reduction-cold atomic absorption speclroscopy is described. The process is simple and rapid. The sensitivity of the method was estimated to be 0.005ug for inorganic and methyl mercury. The relative standard deflection for samples was found not to exceed 10%. T wentyfive biological samples were analyzed for inorganic and methyl liter cury, and the total mercury was calculated to be the sum of the 2 values. Amounts oi total mercury for ten of these samples were also determinated by full combustion-cold atomic absorption spectroscopy. Results obtained for each sample by two different methods were found to be almost the same.
