【摘要】 本文介绍了畜牧场2×35米³分离浮罩式沼气池的设计和施工。 本设计在保持我国固定拱盖水压式沼气池优点的基础上,同时吸收了印度KVIC^**型沼气池的优点。采用均匀粪浆,定时、定量进料;自流进出和分离浮罩贮气。 池体采用^#200混凝土现浇。 发酵产气率按0.3米3/米³·天计。滞留期为67天。每日投入发酵液一吨（其中含新鲜奶牛粪半吨）。 最后,介绍了建地主要材料的用量。更多还原

【Abstract】 The design and construction of 2×35m3 biotas plant with separate gas holder adapted for stock farm are described.The design keeps the merits of the Chinese type and at the same lime absorbs the merits of the Indian type of biogas plant. Mixed fluid cow manure is used as raw material to be fed into the biogas plant at fixed time and fixed quantity. The raw material flows of itself and the gas produced is held in the separate gas holder.The body of the biogas plant is casted on the spot by 200# concrete.The gas producing rate is 0.3m3/m3 ·day. The detention time of the fermenting material is 67 days. The daily charge is about 0.5 ton of fresh cow manure.The amount of major materials to be used for constructing the biogas plant is suggested.更多还原
