【Abstract】 In this paper, a formula for the flow resistance of perforated plates in open type headbox is suggested. The proposed formula is based on preliminary studies and measurements conducted on a laboratory-model headbox with bagasse pulp. Coefficients for the local resistance of this type of plates under relevant. conditions are recommended for use in computation.更多还原
