【Abstract】 A kinetic model of delignification for kraft cooking, based on actual mill practice, was explored. Principal model variables, effective cooking liquid concentration and optimum temperature for sampling, were chosen. And a modified equation was thereby established.The application of a H factor apparatus in conjunction with the kinetic model for controlling kraft cooking was described. Beneficial results observed included: an increase in pulp yield by 0.5%-1.0%; reduction in cooking time and uniformity in pulp quality.更多还原
