【摘要】 <正> 一、概 述 制浆造纸厂废水处理过程中产生大量污泥。一种是初级沉淀池的污泥,较易脱水;另一种是二级生化处理的澄清池污泥,较难脱水。近年来,对这些污泥的脱水,已发展了框板式压滤机、离心脱水机、V型压滤机、转鼓式压滤机及带式压滤机等,并加入适量的脱水助剂,使脱水后初级沉淀池污泥的干度可达30％以上,甚至达到45％,二级处理的污泥干度达20％以上,甚至可更多还原

【Abstract】 In the effluent treatment plants of pulp and paper mills, relatively large amounts of primary and secondary settling sludges produced have to be disposed of. A general review on the subject, including field practices, is presented.Preliminary experimental results promoted the suggestion that such sludges should be dewatered to over 20% solids, and then mixed thoroughly with pulverized coal, coal-dust or other solid waste from pulp and paper mills. The mixture with the proper proportion of sludge in it, can be burned in a coal-fired boiler or a fluidized-bed incinerator. In this way, the heat content of sludge can be adequately utilized, bringing about significant power savings in production. Mill-scale experiments in dewatering and incinerating in a coal-fired boiler carried out jointly with paper mills and research institutes have brought about favorable results. Further investigation on its incineration in fluidized-bed incinerator is to be planned. With appropriate equipment and proper technique, more power saving is to be expected.更多还原
