【摘要】 本院在80～81年间手术治疗贲门癌95例,6例全胃切除后行食管十二指肠端端吻合术,89例胃近端次全切除术后行食管胃端端吻合术,无手术死亡及术后吻合口瘘。此法优点如下:(1)残胃张力降低,血液循环好,有利愈合;(2)有足够的胃体围套,包埋吻合口,防止瘘和狭窄;(3)可切除足够范围的胃体,减少癌瘤复发;(4)缩短手术时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Operative techniques for carcinoma of the gastric cardia are presented with illustrations. Ninety-five patients were operated upon in the author’s hospital during 1980 and 1981 with gratifying immediate results. There were neither operative deaths nor anastomotic leakage.更多还原
