【摘要】 本文总结1970年1月至1982年12月外科治疗480例大肠癌的经验。其中直肠癌352例,结肠癌122例,肛管癌6例。年龄范围18～78岁。男女之比为1.40:1。腺癌占73.3％,粘液腺癌占25.9％。青年大肠癌预后差。麦氏术采用两侧臀大肌瓣填塞会阴部创口,可缩短创口愈合时间。CEA检测对结、直肠癌病人术后监护有一定的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Four hundred and eighty histologically proven cases of colorectal carcinoma were treated in this institute during 1970.1-1982.12. The ratio of male to female was 1.40:1 and the age of patients ranged from 18-78 years. The rectum was the site of involvement in 352 cases, colon in 122 and anal canal in 6. Operative mortality rate in this series was 0.41％, and the 5-year survival rates after resection 56.2％ for rectal cancer and 57.69％ for colon carcinoma. In Mile’s operation filling in the perineal wound with pedicled gluteus maximus muscle can shorten the healing process. Determination of CEA level may be valuable in the post-operative monitering of patients with colo-rectal cancer.更多还原
