【摘要】 本文报告唾液腺嗜酸性腺瘤5例,其中4例恶性,1例良性。对其细胞形态及组织结构进行描述,重点讨论了本瘤的组织学类型及恶性的诊断标准。根据细胞形态特点,嗜酸性腺瘤可分为两型:(1)上皮细胞型,(2)梭形细胞型。固缩细胞在两型中均可见到。恶性的诊断标准主要为由其浸润性的生长引起的:(1)局部侵入血管、淋巴管及神经周围,(2)局部淋巴结或远隔转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Five cases of oxyphilic cell tumors of the salivary glands, 4 malignant and 1 benign are presented and their histology described. According to the cells types, epithelial and spindle cell oxyphilic tumors are recognized. The pyknotic tumor cells are found in both types. Diagnostic criteria of malignancy of this tumor are (1) invasion of cancer cells into the blood vessels, the lymphatics or the nerves, (2) metastatic in the regional lymphnodes and distant organs.更多还原
