针刺对下丘脑内与糖代谢等有关酶的影响
The Influence of Acupuncture Upon Some Hydrocarbonate Metabolic Enzymes in Hypothalamus
【摘要】 <正> 我们以往的工作证明了针刺对中枢某些核团的乙酰胆硷酯酶、非特异性酯酶、酸性磷酸酶等都有比较明显的影响;而对蓝斑、视上核及室旁核内核酸代谢的影响则不太一致。。由于在氨基酸结合系统内微粒体的活动与葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G6Pase)及 RNA 有较密切的联系。G6Pase 不仅是糖代谢中重要的酶,它还在细胞内物质运输,过氧化氢酶反应中都发挥了很大作用。当营养条件或内分泌状况改变
【Abstract】 Forty four healthy,adult,male rats were selec-ted for this experiment.The animals are dividedat random into acupuncture(26)and the control(18 rats)groups.The pain threshold were measuredbefore they were capitated.The hypothalamus seg-ment were excised and cut into cryostat sections andthe histochemieal reactions of glucose-6-phosphtase(G6 Pase),Glucose-6-phosphtase dehydrogenase(G6PDH)and Isocitrate dehydrogenase(IsCDH)histo-chemical reactions were carried out and measuredwith microphotometer.The pain threshold of the rats in the acupunc-ture group were elevated significantly.The Transmittance percentage of the activitiesof G6Pase in supraoptie nucleus of acupuncturedanimals was elevated significantly than the control.But there was no significant difference found inG6PDH,IsCDH in supraoptie nucleus between thesetwo group.G6Pase of the large polydendritic neurons inthe tip of the wing-shaped paraventricular nucleishowed very strong reaction but there was no signi-ficant difference found between these two groups ofanimals.G6Pase,G6PDH and IsCDH reactions were notstrong in arcuate nucei and ependyma of Ⅲ ventricu-lun.There were also on significant difference be-tween these two groups.It indicated that acupuncturepossessed special influence upon G6Pase of supraop-tic nucleus,but not on that of the arcuate and pa-raventricular nuclei.The mechanism of the functionof G6Pase in acupuncture was discussed in this paper.
