【Abstract】 This paper uses the way of sound-electrical acu-puncture anesthesia to treat 1144 cases of abdominalsterilization operation to observe the clinical effecti-veness.The result is as follows:Good and fine degree in this way:100%Good and fine degree in epidural anesthesia:96.3%Good and fine degree in localized anesthesia:80%Excellent degree in this way is not higher thanexcellent degree in epidural anesthesia and hand-needle anesthesia,but it is higher than pulse elec-trical acupuncture anesthesia.Besides,it is foundthat excellent degree of Youngquan point is higherthan Zysanli and Sanyijaio.The author cosisders thattreatment effectiveness of no using any adjuvant isbetter.The treatment effectiveness of using adjuvantis dropped.The sound electrical anesthesia providesa new way to overcome three barriers of acupunc-ture anesthesia on abdominal part.更多还原
