【Abstract】 Seventy eight samples of lymphocytotoxic antisra were sercencd from post-partum blood in the vagina after deliver. The microcytotexicity method (used by the international workshop)was adapted in the experiment. The resuls are as follows.Seventy eight lymphocytotoxic anti-sera wr designated to 26 sra as typing reagent contaiing mono or dual op. rational specific sra. Sice 1930 the authors have designated 58 sera as typing reagent, contaiing 18 kinds of specific sera. Using these typing reagents, HLA-A Lceus antigen g ne frquency of Han nation in Shenyang ara was found to be 0.726, with the blank 0.244, HLA-B Locus antigen gene frquerey 0.778, with the blank 0.222.更多还原
